  1. I like the Brittania, but my favorite would definitely be the Chinese Panda half-ounce coins. Perhaps someday you’ll show some of those. 😉 The Pandas are bullion coins, but they are also collected by date, and a few have huge collector premiums. The 1995 half-ounce, for instance.

  3. You’re right, why the 1oz american gold eagle isn’t the first choice: it is ugly, not 999,9 fine gold … I am on this side, too. If I want to buy gold, I want gold, not 22k… And the design…. is not great at all + where are the security features like the maple leaf or the outstanding britannia has? Hm!

  4. Coin shops gives bullion collecting a bad rep. They obviously need to make money but most take advantage on a lot of people.
