Alignment Conversation Template

  1. What are the largest challenges the organisation is going through (or will face within the close to future)? 
  2. Why is the organisation going through (or going to face) these challenges? 
  3. What are probably the most promising unexploited alternatives for progress? 
  4. What would wish to occur for the organisation to take advantage of the potential of those alternatives?
  5. What is the present imaginative and prescient for this organisation?
  6. How is the organisation planning to understand its imaginative and prescient?
  7. How is progress in the direction of that imaginative and prescient going?  

Vision and Strategy

  • What is the acknowledged imaginative and prescient and technique from the highest?
  • At what level, if in any respect, does that imaginative and prescient and technique get misplaced or misunderstood? 
  • Is the organisation actually pursuing that technique? If not, why not? If so, will the technique take the organisation the place it must go? 

Vision in Team Goals

  • How have been targets set? Were they insufficiently or overly formidable?
  • Were inner or exterior benchmarks used? i.e. is success outlined by vainness metrics or by making a distinction to the corporate?
  • What occurred if targets weren’t met?
