Another episode of This Week I Learn (TWIL).

This is an “aha” second with Ashish Kumar throughout Agile Product Ownership class by ICAgile & Agile Visa (Training, Coaching & Consulting)

Product possession should be specializing in 3 components:

1. Business: buyer, market, competitors, and so on

2. Organisation: ROI, price per worker, development, and so on

3. Knowledge/individuals

I assume factors 1 & 2 are already simple, aren’t they?. Then why there’s a degree 3??

Maximizing the worth of the product will result in the growing worth of the corporate or group, agree?. Then, is the product being able to doing self-improvement? after all no. Who can do it? the individuals behind it. The extra information they’ve, the extra likelihood they’ll win the competitors.

People are likely to neglect that enhancing individuals’s information = growing the asset of the group. Increasing the asset of the group can result in the growing worth of the corporate and group.

So, is your workforce nonetheless afraid to doing a re-write? or shifting into the most recent know-how stack?, after all, we shouldn’t neglect to calculate the “funding” (must discover extra about this).
