This is because the scrum master is the key player in terms of scrum coaching for the team and for the rest of the organisation. In the scrum methodology the scrum master is the person who protects the team, coaches the scrum team and the scrum product owner. The scrum framework is typically used in scrum software engineering projects. The scrum product owner is a business representative who gathers the business requirements in a agile way of working which fits into the scrum methodology. The scrum and development team work in an agile way to deliver software iteratively and incrementally. This development team typically is composed of 3-9 individuals. Collectively the scrum master, product owner and development team use the scrum principles and scrum and methodology to develop complex software and systems in an iterative and incremental way. The scrum master is a special role for the agile scrum team who effectively increases empowerment, communication, coordination and cooperation through the scrum team and throughout the organisation. The product owner is a visionary business representative who reflects requirements in customer centric user stories for clarity. #agile #job #career
