Why the shock all the WEST sell visas to international students all time. Under performing over priced Universities provide under resourced and expensive degrees to International Students who did apply for a permanent visa when they finish the course.
The alternative would be smaller Universities funded by taxation.

You only talk about Putin, but why don’t you take action against Pakistani, African, Chinese, Indian, Turkish and other major countries oligarchs? Majority of Mayfair properties are held by pakistani ex military people and politicians but you don’t speak a single word against them, only Russians become easy target.
