Saudi Arabia phases once-banned ‘Halloween’ celebrations
Saudi Arabia, the Land of the Two Holy Masajid and the Holiest and the Most Sacred place for Muslims, has hosted an occasion to have fun the once-banned competition of Halloween.
In a completely un-Islamic transfer the Saudi Kingdom has taken this motion to implement ‘social reforms’ (?) supposed to modernise the nation below de-facto ruler, Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman.
In Islam any follow which doesn’t have its origins in The Divine Scripture (The Holy Qur’an) and The Sunnah is completely prohibited. This applies to many Pagan practices reminiscent of Halloween, Valentine’s Day and so on. Even a report by the New York Times describes the competition of Halloween as having Pagan Roots.
The Noble and Last Messenger of Allah Sallallahu alaihi wasallam is reported to have mentioned: “Whoever imitates a nation is one among them!” (Hadith-Abu Da’oud).
