All the coupons worked for me except the BlackFriday coupon. I tested it every way I could think of and if even one item in the cart was a Sale item, the cart removed the coupon. If all items were regular price, then it would apply it. I even tried applying it to full price items and then adding a Sale price item to the cart and it pulled the coupon. I went over the video portion of that coupon 3 times, thinking that maybe I missed something, but I think I made the coupon correctly. Any ideas on a fix?
@WebYoda Even though I really thought I had done the coupon correctly, under the General tab, I had selected ‘Fixed Cart Discount’ instead of ‘Percentage Discount.’ Now that I fixed it, the coupon works great! Thank you for your help!
Annette, it happens to the best of us. You should see how many times I thought I did things right and it didn’t work when I was building everything the first time, second and third time. If you can imagine, I built the self-tastic website 3 times before I made the video, and even then sometimes I had to figure strange stuff out. Honestly I am surprised the course works as well as it does all things consider. There are just so many things that could go wrong 🙂 I am glad you got it all to work!
