Maybe because of my noviceness, ı don’t understand what you like and rate most on the website designs. I think you want to see different but proper amount of animations, thats all of my understand from that video.

But it kinda kills it that he uses some generic Gmail email and that the email has some numbers in it. makes it seem like he didnt put any thought into it. Also could have went with a cheap custom domain through google and just had it forward to his gmail account for free.;

So Designers should be Web Developers now ? Also I’ll never understand all these overboard designs and websites. You will never see that in real world, just look at instagram,facebook,amazon etc.. You won’t see that there because all that crap makes UX slow and laggy

Thank you for putting this together, but I got to say I was disappointed in this video. A design portfolio is defined by the cases studies and you didn’t dive into any case studies here.😥 This didn’t really evaluate the portfolios so much as it evaluated their home pages.
